Coastal vibes @ Shore2 Residences is a fully furnished 1 bedroom unit with balcony facing the Amenities with an area of 27sqm. Shore2 Residences offers a premier riverfront inspired lifestyle, with pools that stretch throughout the amenity deck of this development. Stroll through the lush landscaped gardens, or indulge in the luxury of lounging in any of the numerous decks.
The space
We offer fast wifi internet connection and smart tv. For client's safety, we observe strict thorough cleanliness, disinfection and sanitation.
Our bedroom has 1 queen size and 1 floor mattress. Linens and towels will be provided. The kitchen has microwave, refrigerator, water kettle, electric stove and rice cooker. All kitchen utensils are inside the cabinet.
Guest access
Guests have access to swimming pool and jogging paths. Pool is open from 9:00am until 6:00pm everyday.
Swimming pool pass costs 150 pesos per person per day and 300 pesos on holidays. Please let us know in advance so we can make proper arrangement and buy passes for you. Swimming pool rules and regulations shall be strictly followed by the guest. 1 swimming pool pass per day.
PARKING:
Ground floor parking is available around the vicinity of the building.
📌Other things to note
The SHORE2 Residences administration requires a government issued ID of all guests to be able to access the building and amenities. The administration office is open 9am to 12nn and 1pm to 6pm daily except on holidays and weekends. May we requests to submit your ID as soon as possible upon confirmation of booking so we can provide you with an authorization letter on time and make your check in fast and smooth. The submission of the Guest authorization Form is done through online, hence we need t least 2days prior to check-in. No impromtu or on the spot check in as our Guest Authorization Permit will not be granted.
