Sharing another productive day. Met with my marketing partner at Hill Residences, then headed to Trees Residences for a Contract to Sell signing, and ended the day at Spring Residences for reservation assistance.

The reservation fee serves as your initial payment to secure the property and is fully deductible from your Total Contract Price (TCP).
