💳 Payment: Directly at the condo admin office
📅 Mon–Fri: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
📅 Sat: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM

Planning to swim on a Saturday, Sunday, or holiday?
Please inform us in advance so we can pre-register you with the admin.
Pool fees are non-refundable.

📌 CHECK-IN REQUIREMENTS
All guests must submit a valid ID after booking so we can register you with the building management.
🕒 CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT
• Early check-in or late check-out depends on availability and may include an extra fee.
• Please coordinate with us in advance if needed.
💡 ENERGY SAVING
Kindly switch off lights, air conditioning, and appliances when leaving the unit.
🚗 PARKING
• Pay Parking (on-site):
₱50 – First 4 hours
₱50/hour – Succeeding hours
₱250 – Overnight (10:00 PM – 6:00 AM)
• Parking is first-come, first-served.
🚭 NO SMOKING
Smoking inside the unit is strictly prohibited.
A ₱5,000 penalty applies for violations.
🎉 NO PARTIES OR LOUD NOISE
To maintain a peaceful environment, parties and loud gatherings are not allowed.
Please keep noise to a minimum, especially during quiet hours.
🍳 COOKING
Cooking is allowed, but please avoid strong-smelling dishes such as fried fish, dried fish, or bagoong.
🧺 LAUNDRY
• Washing small clothing items is allowed.
• Do not hang clothes or towels on balcony railings.
🗑️ CLEANING & GARBAGE
• Please clean as you go — wash used dishes and dispose of trash properly.
• Garbage rooms are located on each floor near elevators.
⚠️ DAMAGES & MISSING ITEMS
Guests are responsible for any damage, loss, or missing items during their stay.
