1. Bank Deposit(BDO) or Gcash: Php 1,000(depending on how long will stay) to block/reserve a specific date and will serve as your security deposit (refundable after checkout)
2. Reservation is on a first-come, first-serve basis. Subject to room availability.
3. Cancellation: Payment is forfeited/ nonrefundable in case of cancellation.
4. Total amount payable for accommodation should be given when arrived at the unit.
5. Pool ticket is not available at pool area so it is important to inform your host upon check in if needed.
6. Put extra love and care when using equipment in the unit. (Will charged 2x the price of the item if damaged)
7. Cooking is allowed but not smelly food.
8. Can bring/deliver food/drinks inside the unit.
