Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Property Specialist located in Makati. The Property Specialist will be responsible for assisting clients in buying and selling Alveo properties, maintaining good relationships with clients, and providing exceptional customer service throughout the sales process. The Property Specialist will also be expected to meet sales targets and closely coordinate with the company's sales team.

Qualifications

Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
Knowledge of Commercial and Residential Real Estate is advantage
Proven Sales experience with a track record of meeting sales targets
Any 2 or 4 years of college graduate
Teachable and disciplined
Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and manage a variety of duties simultaneously

Compensation

1. Guaranteed 6 months contract
2. Portfolio projects selling commission starts at P180K up to 1M
3. Allowance rate starts at P16K, higher for those with previous real estate job experience
