Where are you located?
We are situated within the Mall of Asia Complex. Simply search for our property using Google Maps or Waze.

🕒 Check-In & Check-Out
What are the check-in and check-out times?
• Check-in: 3:00 PM (self check-in via guest pass; we’ll send the pass at 3:00 PM on your arrival day)
• Check-out: 11:00 AM

🏊 Pool Access
How much is a pool voucher?
₱150 per person (regular day), and 300(holiday) available for purchase during check-in. Ticketing office closed every Saturday & Sunday.
Pool operating hours: 6:00 AM – 10:00 PM

🚗 Parking
Where can we park?
• Street parking: ₱300 from 1am to 6am and 50 per hour after 6am
• Mall of Asia commercial parking: mall rates apply
• Basement parking at Waltermall and MAAX Building (in front of MOA Arena): ₱800/night (advance booking required via GCash)

🔑 Guest Pass & Room Access
How do we obtain the guest pass for self-check-in?
We will send the pass on your check-in date once you provide: guest names, reference number, and check-in date. Your room key will be inside the designated mailbox.

👥 Extra Guests
How much is the fee for an additional person?
₱500 per guest.

⏰ Early/Late Check-In & Check-Out
Can we check in early?
Yes, early check-in is available at ₱400 per hour.
Can we check out late?
Yes, late check-out is available at ₱400 per hour.

Are pets allowed?
Unfortunately, SMDC condos do not permit pets.

Who can use the pool?
Only registered guests (with a pool voucher) may use the pool.
Note: The pool ticketing office is closed all day Sunday and half-day Saturday.

🏢 Operating Hours & Late Arrivals
Are you open 24 hours?
Our office hours are 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
Late check-in (after 5:00 PM) incurs an overtime fee of ₱100/hour.

What happens if we lose the key?
A replacement fee of ₱1,500 applies.
