We take care of our unit and investment for our tenants to enjoy.

Latest changes made were the dining table. We made it bigger and chairs are homier than before.

We always trust IKEA on our chairs and tables.

We also did DEEP Cleaning and Sanitation of the unit so that the new tenants will be be sure and safe on their stay with us.

A new MODEM of CONVERGE for internet was also installed replacing the old model for internet stability.

These are just the few things we do and hope that our new tenants will be comfortable once they move in.

Hello Everyone. We have availability for sharing for 4 people who are family or relatives, it could also be friends (girls/boys) who wishes to stay together inside the unit. We are accepting yearly rentals only.

The place has amenities but because of the pandemic, as of the moment they have temporarily closed it. The building is secured, and convenient as it is only a mere 5-10min walk to Buendia station. Very near De la Salle University, near St. Scholastica and next to Arellano School of Law.

What’s included: (Fully Furnished)
- wifi and association dues included in the rent except for utilities.
- free 5 gallons water every month
- microwave
- tv
- fridge
- induction stove for light cooking
- kitchen items for cooking and for use
- each has each own locker and keys

What is not included:
- water and electricity to be paid by tenants.
- Parking.

We are happy to share our flat that we call home and hopefully empart that same feeling of a second home to our soon to be tenants.

Do you accept monthly, Daily rentals?

A: No. We do accept only yearly tenants.
Available vacancies can either be August 15 and Sep 1. Please inquire again by July 15 to know if there will be any vacancy that will come up.

I'm a male tenant, is it okay?
A: Unfortunately, We only accept female tenats to preserve the privacy and comfortability of our female tenants.
