(26 November 2013. Pasay City, Philippines) SM Development Corporation (SMDC) has launched Trees Residences in Novaliches, Quezon City. Trees Residences promises its residents upscale living and greater convenience at even more affordable prices.

(8 October 2013. Pasay City, Philippines.) Real estate developer SM Development Corporation (SMDC) recently launched the Jazz Mall, a retail podium built inside the towering Jazz Residences condominium complex in Bel-Air, Makati City.

Jazz Mall spans a gross floor area of more than 14,000 square meters and offers its residences the convenience of shopping for all of their household needs right at their own residential complex.
