Tenant’s Application Requirements:
1. One (1) month advance and deposit upon move in
2. Photocopy of 2 valid IDs
2.1 For professionals: company ID is a must
2.2 For Students: Photocopy of Registration form and School ID
2.3 For foreigners: Photocopy of Passport and ACR
3. 2X2 picture
Note: All documents submitted to Renta Prime Ventures shall become Renta Prime’s property and will not be returned after the tenant’s contract.
