The property address is ONE PALM TREE VILLAS, CLUSTER B, NEWPORT BOULEVARD, NEWPORT CITY, VILLAMOR PASAY CITY. Therese Church and Marriot Hotel, within the Resorts World Complex, just across NAIA Terminal 3. IF YOU ARE COMING FROM TERMINAL 3: The property is just a 10 TO 15-minute WALK from NAIA Terminal 3 through RUNWAY MANILA, a fully air-conditioned pedestrian bridge with electronic walkers and elevators connecting the airport and Newport City. Upon exit from the Runway Manila, walk to your left through Newport Drive towards the direction of St. Then turn left at Resort Drive where you can find the Palm Tree Villas entrance gate. IF YOU ARE COMING FROM TERMINAL 1 or 2: The property is about a 10-minute ride/drive from NAIA Terminals 1 and 2 via NAIA Expressway and Andrews Avenue. IF YOU ARE COMING FROM TERMINAL 4: The property is about a 3 to 5-minute ride/drive from NAIA Terminal 4 via Andrews Avenue. GRAB CAR SERVICE COUNTER is available in all the airport terminals for your safe and cost-effective transfer option. Please be advised that the property DOES NOT OFFER AIRPORT PICK-UP SERVICE AND DROP OFF SERVICES. The reception staff may arrange to get a cab or Grab Car service for you upon check-out. Pay Parking Areas are available around New Port Complex / premises. Paid parking slot inside One Palm Tree Villas is subject to availability and prior reservation. HOUSE RULES:
A FEW THINGS TO PONDER WHILE ENJOYING YOUR STAY:
1. The standard check-in time is between 14:00H and 22:00H. Late check-in beyond 22:00 shall be accommodated subject to prior notice.
2. The standard check-out is no later than 11:00H.
3. Strictly no early check-in or late check-out. We need enough time to clean and sanitize the room for our next guests.
4. Maximum room capacity is 2 persons. Strictly no extra adult person allowed.
5. 2 children below 7 years of age can stay for free, sharing the bed with adults. Extra mattress with blanket and pillows is charged at P500.00 per set.
6. Certain items in the unit such as towels, pillows, etc. are not souvenir items. Any missing item shall be charged accordingly.
7. Any breakage or damage to the appliances and furniture shall likewise be charged.
8. No visitors allowed in the room (due to security measures being implemented in line with COVID 19 safety protocols).
9. Please notify your host 30 minutes before check out.
10. The room is a non-smoking place. Smoking is allowed only on the balcony. A violation shall be fined at Php 1,000.00.
11. Any damage caused by water sprinklers due to prohibited smoking shall be charged accordingly.
12. Pets are not allowed inside the unit. A violation shall be fined at Php 5,000.00.
13. Partying is not allowed inside the unit. A violation shall be fined at P15,000.00.
14. Cooking of "foul-smelling food items" is not allowed. A violation shall be fined at P5,000.00.
15. The swimming pool is open from 07:00H to 21:00H. Only 2 guests are allowed to swim for free per unit, Extra guests shall be charged at P200.00 / guest.
16. In case of fire, stay calm, close the window, turn off the lights, leave the unit, and close the door. Proceed to the nearest emergency exit.
17. This property has no luggage storage area. Safekeeping of luggage before check-in and after check-out is not allowed.
18. Room make-up/cleaning is available only for guests who are staying for more than two (2) nights.
19. Cleaning and sanitation materials are available in the room for use by guests on a short stay.
