It was around December 10, 2012 when me and my friends visited SM Mall of Asia. One agent approached me and handed over the flyers of Sea Residences. It was everybody's dream to live in a condominium and live like a star. So I wanna give myself a try and paid my advanced deposit and after 2 years of completing the payment, finally the property was handed over to me. Since I am Overseas Filipino Worker and most of time I am not in the Philippines, my mother is only living alone in the condo unit. Due to previous experiences I had while travelling abroad, I got the idea of renting out my condo unit to gain profit instead of staying there. Since my mother Felisa had previous experienced managing various business, she started to manage our unit in 2014 and currently she also manages other properties in Sea Residences and Shell Residences.
