NEWS UPDATE: Makati Development Corporation (MDC), the construction arm of Ayala Land, Inc. (ALI), has clinched the Overall Winner title at the Philippine Excellence in Concrete Construction Awards (PECCA) 2026 for the second consecutive year.
ALI's luxury residential development, Park Central Towers, secured the top spot in the High-Rise Structures category and is set to represent the Philippines at the American Concrete Institute (ACI) Excellence in Concrete Construction Awards this coming October.
Park Central Towers is a two-tower development under Ayala Land Premier. Its North Tower has 59 stories, and South Tower has 72 stories. It is located at the intersection of Paseo de Roxas and Makati Ave.
The consecutive PECCA victories highlight MDC's strategic focus on strengthening construction productivity, quality, safety, and technical capability to deliver complex high-rise structures. As ALI expands and reinvests across its network of estates, commercial hubs, and residential developments, the developer relies on MDC's ex*****on discipline and technical expertise to manage increasingly complex projects.
To optimize delivery, MDC deployed an integrated project team, serving as the General Contractor alongside MDBI Construction Corporation as the Concrete Contractor and MDC ConQrete, Inc. as the Concrete Supplier.
The PECCA evaluation, which rates projects on engineering, functionality, creativity, sustainability, aesthetics, and concrete innovation, recognized several advanced methodologies implemented at Park Central Towers.
