One of my rental condos in SMDC was bought at preselling price. Monthly amortization ko noon was around ₱8,000—malaki na siya that time, pero I took the risk kaysa mawala lang ang pera.

It was my first investment. Sobrang takot at kaba ang naramdaman ko, pero mas nangingibabaw yung commitment ko sa sarili na dapat may “remembrance” ako sa bawat sahod ko. Ayoko mag-work forever, and I believed real estate could give me passive income for my retirement years.

Now looking back, I’m so thankful to my younger self for taking that leap. 🙏
