House of L Apartelle This is the official page of House of L Apartelle. Each unit is a 24 sqm. (more or less) apartment with 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom.

House of L Apartelle was established on 2010. However, with change of management, the new business name is now LAD APARTELLE (named after the late owner). Nevertheless, the building name House of L Apartelle is retained.

-We are located in front of San Roque Health Center, Pasay City.

-One ride away from the MRT Taft Station.

-Two rides away from SM MOA (but just a walking distance to EDSA whic

h can make it a one-ride to MOA).

-Just beside Barangay 136 Hall.

-With water station and sari-sari store in front of the building.

-Yearly contract. Unfortunately we no longer accept parking spaces for vehicles due to limited area and safety concerns (both for children and vehicle itself).

You know the drill.
And we suggest everyone should always make it a habit to store water in a safe and sealed container. (Or at least change it often if it's not sealed to avoid contaminants and breeding of insects like mosquitoes).
