📢PMO REITERATION ADVISORY: PROPER WASTE SEGREGATION AND DISPOSAL
Dear Valued Residents,
Please be reminded of the provisions of Circular Memo No. APP-CIR-26-240, "Proper Waste Segregation and Disposal," dated July 30, 2026, which took effect on August 1, 2026. This advisory is being reissued to reinforce compliance with the established waste segregation and disposal guidelines.
The Property Management Office (PMO) reiterates the importance of proper waste segregation and disposal in compliance with the directives of the Pasig City Solid Waste Management Office (SWMO) and in support of environmental protection, cleanliness, public health, and community sustainability.
Despite the issuance of the aforementioned circular, instances of improperly segregated waste continue to be observed within the property. As such, all residents are respectfully reminded to strictly adhere to the prescribed waste segregation guidelines and collection schedules currently being implemented at Arezzo Place Pasig.
Residents are encouraged to segregate waste at source and dispose of garbage according to the designated waste categories and collection schedules. Proper waste segregation helps reduce environmental impact, supports recycling and waste recovery efforts, and contributes to maintaining a clean, safe, and healthy living environment for all.
Please be advised that failure to observe proper waste segregation and disposal practices may result in the implementation of the corresponding sanctions and corrective measures in accordance with the Condominium House Rules and applicable local government regulations.
