Dear Valued Residents,

We would like to inform you that MVP Manila Security Agency refused our request for a one (1) month extension of its services during the transition period, despite Management’s repeated efforts and requests while the evaluation and finalization of the bidders’ proposals are ongoing.

To ensure the continuous and uninterrupted security operations of Arezzo Place Pasig, North Pacific Security Agency, an accredited security service provider, will temporarily provide security services from June 1 to June 30, 2026, pending the completion of the bidding, evaluation, and selection process.
