Please be informed that the SharePro Incorporated (A Filinvest Company) will be conducting Testing and Commissioning of the Fire Detection and Alarm System (FDAS) & Automatic Fire Suppression System (AFSS) for the Albero and Brezza Buildings on Thursday, May, 15, 2025 Starting at 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Please anticipate temporary alarms as part of the testing process. We advise all Resident to remain calm and consider this a scheduled activity unless otherwise advised.

Safety reminders during the pest control activity:
1. Ensure doors and windows are locked during the activity.
2. Cover all food and water near windows or doors. Service contractors will conduct misting in the common areas, and chemicals may be emitted inside the condominium units.
3. Seek medical care if you come into contact with the chemicals used for pest control treatment.
4. Be cautious when heading to the common areas during the general pest control.
