Good day! Here's a simple illustration with regards to the process of our Unit Reservation 😃
STEP 1: UNIT SELECTION
a.Level: Low Zone/ Mid Zone /High Zone
b.View: Facing North/ Facing West/ Facing East/ Facing South/
c.Placing: Inner/ Outer
(Tip: Reserve your unit as early as you can so that you can still have units to choose from)
STEP 2: APPLICATION PAPERS
In this part, you will be asked to fill up the application form.
STEP 3: REQUIREMENTS
To reserve your unit you will need the following requirements:
✅ 2 valid Ids
✅ Proof of Income
STEP 4: INTERVIEW & VALIDATION
Upon passing the necessary requirements along with the application form, everything will be validated by our office and then you'll have your interview for further discussions regarding your desired unit and the payment process you chose.
STEP 5: PAYMENT & RESERVATION
After sending the proof of payment, we will inform the office that you have successfully booked your reservation.
