2 What we will do as a REAL ESTATE AGENT is to sell our house through SOCIAL MEDIA (FACEBOOK, YOUTUBE, INSTAGRAM etc) so even if you are just at home you can sell if you are diligent in posting on facebook, youtube and instagram . EVEN IF you don't have INTERNET as long as you have DATA in your cellphone, you can be able to sell.
3 Wherever you are in the PHILIPPINES, you can be here because we will assist your client in choosing and buying a house unit that they will like. All you have to do is look for a client online and we will help you to CLOSE the deal. If I can do it for real, this BUSINESS is very easy. Be proud of others if you have experience in ONLINE selling especially on FACEBOOK, because most of our clients are inquiring on FACEBOOK.
4 All we need in selling is Cellphone only, if you have a Personal Computer and Internet connection, it's better to sell it easier. but if there's nothing even just a cell phone it's fine. As long as you are diligent in posting everyday, surely you can sell here.
5 The cost of our Commision is 3 % of the cost of the house that you can sell. For example, the value of what you sold is 1 million pesos, you have 30 k Commision, if the cost of the house you sold is 5 million you will have 150 k. I'm sure this is a great help especially to your FAMILY with daily expenses.
6 We can get our Commision in our office. This is what you will get in the form of Bank Cheque. This can also be transferred to your bank or Thru GCash.
7 You will not spend money in this business our investment is hard work and motivation for ourselves. All our trainings are FREE. Some of our meetings are also ONLINE, brought by PANDEMIA now, it's better that we are just at home. That's why our BUSINESS is now HUSSLE FREE.
