💰 Salary: ₱40K - ₱60K monthly + override commission
👥 Team Requirement: Minimum of 3-5 International Property Specialists
🎟️ US Visa is an advantage!
💼 Deployment Budget in the US: Up to ₱600K per month
💸 Commission Rate: 5.8%

Qualifications:
✔ Proven experience in selling real estate in an international setup
✔ Strong leadership skills in a managerial role
✔ Must have at least three (3) International Property Specialists under your wing

We’re looking for driven and experienced individuals to take on key leadership roles:

Qualifications:
• At least 3 years of solid real estate experience
• With a team of 3 to 10 active sellers
• Has held a managerial position in a real estate developer
• Proven track record of good performance from a reputable developer
• With valid US, Canada, Schengen, or Australia Visa is an advantage

OPEN POSITIONS:
• International Marketing Manager – Php 40,000 monthly allowance
• Senior International Marketing Manager – Php 50,000 monthly allowance
• Associate Director – Php 60,000 monthly allowance

• Up to 5.8% commission on direct sales
• Override commissions from your team’s sales
