PRB’s 5th General Membership Meeting, held on May 28, 2026 at the Pasig Room of Valle Verde Country Club, was another meaningful gathering filled with valuable insights, learning, and networking opportunities.

Our sincere appreciation to our guest speaker, Mr. Eric Manalo, for sharing his expertise on “Closing Billion-Peso Joint Venture Deals,” providing members with practical strategies and a deeper understanding of successful real estate partnerships and negotiations.

We also extend our gratitude to our event sponsors, Taylormade Construction & Realty Corporation and SMDC, for their support and for taking the time to present and orient our members on their respective projects and investment opportunities.

PAREB NCR-Luzon Regional Conference 2026

Representing the Pasig Real Estate Board (PRB) on one of the industry's most significant regional gatherings, President Brad Vilar and the PRB delegation proudly participated in the PAREB NCR-Luzon Regional Conference held on May 14–15, 2026 at Plaza Del Norte Hotel and Convention Center, Laoag City. The event served as a vital platform for collaboration, learning, and leadership, bringing together real estate professionals from across the region to help shape the future of the Philippine real estate industry.

Centered on the theme “Advancing Philippine Real Estate with Innovation, Sustainability and Resiliency,” the conference brought together industry leaders, practitioners, and stakeholders to exchange insights, explore emerging trends, and strengthen our commitment to a more progressive and resilient real estate sector.

PRB’s 4th General Membership Meeting was held last April 30, 2026 at Apartment 1B of Arthaland Century Pacific Tower, BGC, Global City

We were all got inspired by our guest speaker, Mr. Robert Racasa, famously known as “The Memory Man,” as he shares powerful insights on “The Super Learning for the 21st Century.” A 9-time Philippine representative in the World Memory Championships, founder of UTAK Power Learning Center, author, motivational speaker, and memory expert—Mr. Racasa continues to inspire individuals to unlock their peak learning and memory potentials.

We also acknowledge our 2nd speaker of the evening, Mr. Mikael Manuel, for generously sharing valuable tips and techniques on creating eye-catching Canva graphics to help us effectively post and promote our property listings online. Your practical insights and creativity truly inspired everyone to level up their digital marketing skills.

PRB’s 3rd General Membership Meeting successfully held on March 26, 2026 at One Filinvest, Ortigas Center, Pasig City.
