HR Supervisor- Generalist
QUALIFICATIONS
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/ Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
With at least 3- 5 years working experience in Human Resources Department as Generalist
Adequate to expert skills and knowledge in all Functional Areas of Human Resources (Recruitment and Selection, Compensation and Benefits, Timekeeping, Payroll, Employee Relation, HR Compliance, Organizational Design, Training and Development, Employee Engagement)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Strong analytical, decision – making and problem-solving skills.
Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate.
Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations
