HR Supervisor- Generalist

QUALIFICATIONS

Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/ Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent.

With at least 3- 5 years working experience in Human Resources Department as Generalist

Adequate to expert skills and knowledge in all Functional Areas of Human Resources (Recruitment and Selection, Compensation and Benefits, Timekeeping, Payroll, Employee Relation, HR Compliance, Organizational Design, Training and Development, Employee Engagement)

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Strong analytical, decision – making and problem-solving skills.

Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate.

Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.

Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations

Job Description

•Oversee the overall process in sales administration department.
•Develop an efficient document management plan and update it as needed.
•Ensure that internal controls are in place and functional.
•Oversee the on-time preparation of necessary documents of documentation staff before purchasing a condo unit or land-property. (e.g reservation application, disclosure statement, contract to sell, deed of absolute sale)
•Ensure that all substantial documents upon buyers purchase are all complete, and in well-secured area.
•Monitors official booking and cancellation of sales.
•Coordinates with buyers and sales partners as necessary.
•Issues advisories to all agents that all changes in the project and sales policies are properly disseminated (e.g, price increase, change in floor plan, change in payment terms, updated investment proposals and promos.

Qualifications

•Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management,
•With minimum 5 years and above or experience working in documentation, preferably in real estate company
•Knowledgeable to end to end real estate documentation process.
•Able to effectively monitor and maintain records of contracts and other relevant documents.
•Have substantial experience in efficient recovery of contracts.
•Willing to be assigned at Cainta, Rizal.
