Blossoms Women's Dorm in Ortigas Center (at the 29th flr. of Megaplaza Bldg.,, ADB Avenue, Front of Holiday Inn, Back of Robinson's Galleria), offers ladies quality shared room accommodation. Dorm has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, dining area, sala, internet/computer study area. Use of swimmnig pool can be arranged for those staying for one year.
Rate : For P4,500 to P6000/month includes bed use, association dues, electricity for lights, electric fan, laptop and mobile phone charging, refrigerator and fair use of cable tv and internet, water for bathing and toothbrushing. The more number of people in a room, the cheaper it gets. Per person per room rate : Single at P10K, Two in a room is P7.5K, 4 in a room at P6K, 6 in a room is P5500, 8 in a room is P5k, P4500 for more than 8 in a room.
Terms : A valid ID, resume and a contract should be signed before keys will be given to tenants.2 months deposit and one month advance for those staying 6 months or less if no PDC can be presented otherwise we can bring it down to 1 month deposit and 1 month advance. Cheapest rates can be afforded for those sharing double beds. Use of other facilities like washing machine and spinner, electric stove, computer, ref is subject to extra charges. Order of affordable food can be arranged, laundry is at P35/kilo.
Rules : Women are required to keep their spaces clean, have their own small garbage bag to throw away daily, so that no roaches can invade the dorm. All are required to keep the unit clean
