Our growing company is in search of a highly-skilled professional that can work as our in-house Architect. We are looking for someone that can aid us in making designs in our multiple projects and has the capacity to handle onsite inspection and monitoring. ๐Ÿ”ง What Youโ€™ll Do:

โ€ขDesign & Planning
- Develop architectural and interior design concepts based on client
requirements
- Prepare 2D drawings (floor plans, elevations, sections, detailed drawings)
- Create 3D visualizations and renderings for client presentations
- Ensure designs are functional, aesthetic, and aligned with project goals
โ€ขTechnical & CAD Work
- Produce accurate drawings using AutoCAD (2D CAD)
- Create realistic 3D models using tools such as SketchUp, 3ds Max,
Lumion, or similar
- Prepare working drawings and construction documents
- Revise plans based on feedback from clients or management
โ€ขSite Inspection & Project Monitoring
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure design implementation is
followed
- Monitor progress and ensure compliance with plans, specifications, and
quality standards
- Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and workers on-site
- Identify and resolve design or construction issues
Coordination & Documentation
- Work closely with the interior design team and project managers
- Assist in material selection and specifications
- Prepare reports, progress updates, and documentation
- Ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations

This 3D render presents the approved design for our DMCI Acacia Estate project, originally developed in a Modern Minimalist conceptโ€”clean lines, balanced space, and timeless functionality.

After approval, the client requested minor revisions to further elevate the look and make it closer to the outcome of our previous Modern Luxury Minimalist project.

โœ”๏ธ Overall concept is approved
โœ”๏ธ Revisions will focus on finishes, textures, and luxury details

The design will soon be refined into a Modern Luxury Minimalist aestheticโ€”same structure, same vision, just more depth and sophistication.
