✅Php 200- per person (adult or children) - Valid whole day
✅Pool fee is valid for ONE DAY ONLY
✅Proper swimming attire is required
✅Maximum of 4 persons..
➡️Pool fee directly payable to the Condo/Building admin office.
➡️Their might be limitations on bringing in swimming paraphernalia or items (floatation device, inflated items, or anything similar, etc.), hence we cannot guarantee it's use..
➡️Guest/Tenants are FULLY RESPONSIBLE for their companions and personal belongings.
➡️Guest/Tenants MUST not leave their children unattended.
➡️Avoid being in or entering any area OUTSIDE of the pool area (lobby, elevator, etc.) if you are dripping wet or if you are wet. Penalty or fines may be charged by the condo/building admin office..
➡️Guest/Tenants MUST STRICTLY FOLLOW or abide with pool/facility/condo/house rules.
➡️Violation of any rules may or will cause ejection from the pool area or that they may not be allowed pool entry.
➡️Guest/Tenants are FULLY RESPONSIBLE for their children and ALL companions PARTICULARLY those that does not have any/minimal swimming ability or does not know how to swim.

❌Too much trash or dirt in the unit - subject to an EXTRA CLEANING CHARGE
❌Trash should properly be disposed of at the basement
❌Main guest will be responsible for the actions/attitude of their visitors
❌VIOLATION of any condo/building/house rules will cause termination of rental PLUS PENALTY CHARGE as applicable
