Marketing
• Accomplishes marketing and sales objectives by planning, developing, implementing, and evaluating advertising, merchandising, and trade promotion programs
o Prepares marketing and sales reports.
o Executes various marketing campaigns including, but not limited to: Online Marketing, Virtual Training Session, Digital Events Management.
o Build strategic relationships with Marketing officers, partner with key industry players, agencies and vendors.
o To conduct 4 Ps on a monthly basis of Marketing.

o Participates in the formulation of promos incentive programs.
o Participates in the formulation, implementation, review, evaluation and updating of policies, procedures, guidelines and operational protocols of Vera Vertical Sales Corp.
o Performs other tasks that may be assigned by the Immediate Superior from time to time such as but not limited to assuming leadership duty during local and international roadshows, participation in arbitration of sellers’ disputes, etc.
o Works closely with the executives of the Recruitment and Training Business Unit.
Sales
• Market and sell the real estate projects of the company.
• Present the property and facilities in a positive light to prospective clients,
• Build relationships with prospective clients attend to inquiries, requests, and concerns of potential and existing buyers to expand business opportunities.
• Assist in closing deals and negotiations for the projects handled.
• Source, recruit, and maintain good performance of Property Specialists.
• Determine the needs and economic viability of prospect customers.
• Stay knowledgeable of the property market status
• Provides coaching and professional development to team members in order to enhance their knowledge, technical acumen, and technical sales skills.
• Advertise available properties using a variety of media and promoting materials.
• Perform other related tasks that may be required from time to time.
