People sometimes think my job is just "selling insurance." Honestly, most of my day looks like this: reviewing a client's existing coverage to find gaps, running numbers so a plan actually fits their budget, following up on a claim so it moves quickly, and yes, a lot of coffee.

The best part of this job isn't closing a policy. It's the message I get months or years later that says, "thank you, we needed this." That's the job. β˜•
