Through a joint venture partnership with Singapore-based The Ascott Limited (Ascott), Millennium Suites was operated under Ascott’s Somerset brand as Somerset Millennium, Makati since 2000. Its most recent turned over developments include Lion’s Park Residences, a 1.9-hectare project with 7 mid-rise condominiums in Bicutan, Paranaque City; and Manila Rivercity Residences, a residential community of 9 mid-rise buildings in Sta. Ana, Manila with two towers of high-rise condominium and a commercial podium with Robinsons Supermarket as its anchor tenant. is scheduled to complete the construction of a mixed-use development in Ortigas Center, Pasig City in Q4 2017. The high-rise project will consist of CDC Millennium Suites, residential condominiums occupying the top 8 floors of the building, and Citadines Millennium Ortigas Manila, a 210-unit serviced residence operated by The Ascott Limited under its Citadines brand. Commercial spaces for lease are available at the lower floors of the building.
