"I’ve been with Ortigas Land Corporation for exactly two years now. I started with no experience and no clear idea of where to begin, but the company trusted me to grow through some of its biggest milestones.
I became part of many “firsts” — the company’s first resort project, the pioneering Estate Planning and Development team, and the first in-house designed horizontal resort-residential development built from scratch. One of my proudest moments was seeing the first residential phase sell out in just one day.
Along the way, I gained experience in land acquisition, planning, construction, sales and marketing, and even the business side of development.
Despite always being the youngest in the room, surrounded by highly experienced professionals, I was trusted to lead, contribute, and be heard. These experiences challenged me, shaped me, and taught me leadership, confidence, and resilience.
I am truly grateful for the trust and opportunities given to me. Every experience has helped me understand projects on a deeper level, and I look forward to continuing to grow, learn, and create more meaningful developments with Ortigas Land Corporation."
