Ortigas presents Maven, the new address of the "It" crowd

On June 18, 2015, today's purveyors were treated to an evening filled with food from the restaurants of Estancia such as Buffalo Wild Wings, Burgers and Brewskies, Larcy's, Café Mediterranean and Craft. Great music filled the venue and interactive booths kept the guests entertained. The launch previewed theMaven lifestyle, which will be offered as the third residential tower to rise at Capitol Commons in Ortigas Center, Pasig City.
An abode for Millennials
The lifestyle-driven Maven at Capitol Commons will offer its future residents unique facilities fit for their lifestyle of pursuing their passions.The residential tower will feature a five-level, resorts-like amenity bar through their different rooms found in each floor.
Several co-working and collaborative spaces found in the amenity bar include the work room for last minute tasks to be accomplished for the day, a meeting space for potential new businesses to be born, and a craft room to unleash one's own creativity.
Within the amenity bar are leisure areas perfect for meeting neighbors and getting to know new friends. Some of these spaces include a café-inspired design area for intimate talks or catching up with friends, a media room ideal for private movie screenings, and a game room perfect for quiz nights, billiards and other board games. There is also a kids' room dedicated for children to safely play and interact with each other.
Apart from these, there is also a Fit Room for working out, with accompanying shower and locker rooms for users of the gym equipment to store their belongings. An infinity-edged lap pool is found at the upper level of the amenity bar perfect for de-stressing while an outdoor lounge and kiddie pool are found in the second floor deck.
Another unique feature of Maven would be the five Play Rooms, which will be found at the core of the tower. Each facility, which is 8-12 storeys high, will be designed differently and are meant to be curated spaces for residents to enjoy and draw inspiration from. These common areas are perfect for interactions among neighbors as well.
Maven offers studio units, 1-bedroom, 2-bedroom, and 3-bedroom units, with sizes ranging from 24 to 115 square meters.

Ortigas & Company offers Maven units from P3.6-Million – P17.2-Million. Maven will be turned over to its residents in 2020.

Within the span of 3 years, Capitol Commons has emerged to be one of the city's sought after destinations. Following the establishment of Gastro, a food and beverage strip, the high-end shopping mall Estancia has opened its doors to the public towards the end of 2014.
