If someone chats using Shad's account and says something bad, "It's not the admin or the company chatting." Shad does not allow anyone to speak negatively to buyers. Someone Hack the Shad City Page.

Lastly, about Gerald Valerio who created a group chat for payment purposes.

First, Gerald Valerio has not been working with Shad City for a long time and is still scamming Shad City buyers.

We've consistently reminded you not to pay Gerald Valerio (Hindi kami nagkulang ng paalala) and not to believe what he says.

We've already filed a case against him, and Shad City's lawyers are handling it.

We're asking buyers to please coordinate with Shad so we can return the money to those scammed by Gerald Valerio.

We would like to inform everyone that Mr. Gerald Valerio in Magalang office is no longer affiliated with Shad City Properties Corporation immediately due to actions deemed unacceptable by the company.

We request all buyers and agents who made online payments under the names Gerald Valerio (Magalang Office) AND Jamaica Cabrera OR ANY STAFF OF SHAD CITY IS kindly submit proof of payment through our official Shad City page or directly to your respective agents, who will forward the information to our office.

Additionally, if you have received an Official Receipt (OR) issued by our Magalang admin bearing a Capas, Tarlac address and dated between December 2024 and April 2025, we urge you to coordinate directly with Shad City Properties Corporation for proper verification and assistance.

Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

Note: EFfective June 3, 2025, payments made under the names of individual employees or staff members will no longer be automatically recognized. Additionally, Official Receipts bearing a Capas, Tarlac address will not be accepted. Kindly ensure that you verify the sender's name carefully before making any payment.

The office will be open from April 14 (Monday) to April 16 (Wednesday) for regular business.

We will be closed from April 17 (Thursday) to April 20 (Sunday) in observance of Holy Week.

Office operations will resume on April 21 (Monday).

Magandang Gabi po sa lahat, Para sa mga nagkakalat ng Fake News at Foul na mga gumagawa lang ng kwento at kinakalaban si Shad City. 👇🏻👇🏻

1. Walang Site na STA. MARIA si Shad City
2. Hindi Scammer si Shad City kasi yung Office at Mga Lupa ni Shad is anjan pa.
3. Naka Kontrata lahat ng Lupa ni Shad at kahit anong mangyari hndi po mawawala.
4. Kung may Concern dumiritsu lang po kayu sa Office ni Shad para ma explain ng mabuti sa inyu.
5. Kung hindi ka accredited as Agent ni Shad at may Direct Leader ka na hindi binibigay yung Commission mo is hindi po yan sagot ni Shad. Kasi hndi kayu pina Accredit ni Team Leader nyu at wala po kayung pangalang na nakalagay sa Papel.(Please Intindihin)
6. Medyo na delay lang yung mga ibang Docs dahil sa pinagkatiwalaan namin na taga Process na mga Documents na mga Engineer ay tinakbo lang ang Pera ni Shad. Pero, tuloy2 parin ang Process.
7. Lahat ng mga nag Kalat ng Fake News about ni Shad at Nag popost sa mga Groups kahit nka “Anonymous” pa kayu. Ipapahuli namin kayu.
8. Sa mga buyer namin, humihingi kami ng pasensya kung natatagalan si Shad City. Gagawin po namin lahat para sa ikapanatag ng Loob nyu.
