Basketball League Mechanics
(By Batch - Patin-ay Central Elementary School Alumni (PCES) - Representing per batch only
1. Who Can Join? / Kinsa Pwede Moapil?
• Open to all batches (e.g. Batch 1998, 2000, 2005, etc.).
• One team per batch only.
• Players must be bona fide alumni/alumnae of Patin-ay Central Elementary School, or at least have been enrolled as a former student of PCES even if not a graduate.Players must be 18 years old and above.
• Pwede moapil tanang batch (pananglitan Batch 1998, 2000, ug uban pa).
• Usa ra ka team kada batch.
• Ang mga magdudula kinahanglan tinuod nga alumni/alumna sa Patin-ay Central Elementary School, o bisan wala nakagradwar apan kaniadto nakaiskwela sa PCES.
• 18 anyos pataas ang mga players.

2. Team Members / Mga Miyembro sa Team
• Each team must have at least 10 players, maximum of 12 players (including reserves).
• Each team must assign a Team Captain and Coach.
• Ang matag team dapat adunay labing menos 10 ka players, ug dili molapas sa 12 ka players (apil na ang reserve).
• Kinahanglan adunay Team Captain ug Coach ang matag team.

3. Uniform / Panapton
• Teams may not be in full uniform, but must wear visible numbers and family names for easy identification.
• Bisan dili pareho ug uniform ang team, kinahanglan nga klaro ang numero ug apelyido aron dali mailhan.________________________________________
4. Game Rules / Mga Lagda sa Dula
• FIBA rules will be followed (unless stated otherwise).
• Games will have 4 quarters, 10 minutes each (running time).
• Referees will be in charge of officiating.
• Mugamit ta sa FIBA rules (gawas kung aduna'y laing sultion sa organizers).
• Ang usa ka dula adunay 4 ka quarters, 10 minutos matag usa (running time).
• Referees ang magdumala sa dula.

5. Game Format / Porma sa Dula
• Tournament format will depend on number of teams (e.g., round robin or knockout).
• Top teams will move on to semi-finals and finals.
• Depende sa kadaghan sa teams ang format sa dula (pananglitan round robin o knockout).
• Ang pinakamaayo nga teams molahutay padulong sa semi-finals ug finals.

6. Conduct & Safety / Pamatasan ug Kaluwasan
• Play fair at all times. Fighting, foul language, and inappropriate behavior are strictly prohibited.
• Any team displaying unsportsmanlike conduct may be disqualified.
• Players are responsible for their own safety. Organizers will provide first aid only.
• Players under the influence of alcohol or any intoxicating substances will not be allowed to play.
• Magdula og tarong sa tanang higayon. Dili pwede ang away, daotang panulti, ug dili angay nga pamatasan.
• Ma-disqualify ang team kung magpakita og dili maayo nga pamatasan.
• Ang kaluwasan o injury responsibilidad sa matag player o team. First aid ra ang mahatag sa mga organizers.
• Dili pwede makadula ang naka-inom o hubog tungod sa makahubog nga ilimnon o bisan unsang makalango nga substansya.

Duet Singing Contest Mechanics

1. Who Can Join? / Kinsa Pwede Moapil?
• Open to duet pairs (2 persons per entry). Representing by Batch only.
• Can be 2 males, 2 females, or 1 male and 1 female.
• Contestants must be bona fide alumni or former students of Patin-ay Central Elementary School.
• Even if you did not graduate, as long as you studied there, you are welcome.As long as you belong to the batch.
• No age limit.
• Bukas sa tanang magduet (2 katao matag entry).
• Pwede ang 2 ka lalaki, 2 ka babaye, o lalaki ug babaye nga pares.
• Kinahanglan nga alumni o kanhi estudyante sa Patin-ay Central Elementary School.
• Bisan wala naka-graduate, basta nakaskwela ka dinha, pwede ka moapil.
• Walay age limit.

2. Registration / Pagparehistro
• Submit your names, batch, contact number, and the titles of your 2 songs.
• Submit your minus one (USB or MP3 file) upon registration or at least 1 day before your scheduled performance.
• Deadline of submission is on or before September 30, 2025.
• Please coordinate with the designated Committee Chairperson of the activity.
• Limited slots only – first come, first served.
• Iparehistro ang inyong pangalan, batch, contact number, ug duha ka kanta nga inyong gamiton.
• Isumiter ang inyong minus one (USB o MP3 file) sa pagparehistro o bisan labing menos usa ka adlaw sa wala pa inyong performance.
• Ang deadline sa pagpasa kay hangtod Setyembre 30, 2025.
• Palihug koordinasyon sa gitudlong Chairman sa Komitiba sa kalihokan.
• Limitado ang slots – una nga mo-register, una maapil.

3. Performance Format / Porma sa Performance
• Each duet must perform 2 songs:
1. Warm-Up Song – first song, for build-up and comfort – “uniform piece”
2. Contest Piece – second song, for judging.
• Total performance time must not exceed 10 minutes.
• Kinahanglan motukar ug duha ka kanta ang matag duet:
1. Warm-Up Song – una nga kanta, pagpainit o pagpahiangay.
2. Contest Piece – ikaduhang kanta, basehan sa paghusay.
• Dili molapas sa 10 minutos ang tibuok performance.

4. Contest Rounds / Paagi sa Kompetisyon
• There will be weekly elimination rounds.
• Winners each week will advance to the Grand Finals.
• Grand Finals will be held on Alumni Night – December 26, 2025.
• 📢 Weekly schedules will be posted on this page or see posted signages in conspicuous areas for guidance.
• Adunay matag semana nga elimination rounds.
• Ang mananaog kada semana mopadayon sa Grand Finals.
• Ang Grand Finals ipahigayon sa Gabii sa Alumni – Disyembre 26, 2025.
• 📢 Tan-awa ang iskedyul nga ipost sa page o sa mga signage sa hayag nga lugar para sa inyong giya.

5. Song Guidelines / Mga Lagda sa Kanta
• Song choices can be in English, OPM, or Bisaya.
• Lyrics must be clean, wholesome, and appropriate.
• Duets may use minus one (USB/MP3) or live instrument.
• Minus one must be submitted in advance.
• Pwede ang kanta nga English, OPM, o Binisaya.
• Dapat limpyo ug maayo ang mensahe sa kanta.
• Gamita ang minus one (USB/MP3) o live nga instrumento.
• Ang minus one kinahanglan isumiter daan.

7. Reminders / Pahimangno
• Contestants must arrive 30 minutes before the show.
• Costumes and simple props are allowed.
• Judges’ decision is final and cannot be appealed.
• Kinahanglan naa na mo 30 minutos sa wala pa magsugod.
• Pwede magdala og props o magsuot og costume nga sayon ra.
• Ang desisyon sa hurado mao na ang katapusan ug dili na mausab.
