Cost stated herewith are not supposed to be the final basis of the entire project's cost, but they should be good for a rough estimate and budget preparation. Final costs should still be consulted with your designer or builder. Value engineering could also further lower costs.
Bare finish: ₱28,000 to ₱32,000 / sqm
Standard finish: ₱38,000 to ₱45,000 / sqm
Luxury finish: ₱52,000 to ₱65,000 / sqm
Iconic finish: ₱80,000 to ₱120,000+ / sqm
E.g. A luxury finished home of 300 sqm could have a budget of ₱19.5M = 300 sqm x ₱65,000 / sqm
