This year, I accepted only a few hosting engagements as I took time to reflect and question whether I was truly effective as a host.

I’m grateful to Sta. Lucia Land Inc. for trusting me once again. Being personally chosen is truly an honor.
This experience has taught me the importance of gratitude and believing in myself.

The Philippine Mental Health Association together with our partner agancies and offices did the Psychological First Aid to the affected family in Barangay San Jose! We are so glad that everyone were being treated well, providing their basic need in a timely manner and also for always assuring them that all these are just a phase of life.

27 Families with 90 individuals were given the said service and after knowing their stories, one thing we learned from them. They were able to develop their strengt and trust on their capacity!

In crisis times it is usual to have trauma but always remember all these will pass and will end!
