One thing that really sucks about living in Camellia is almost everyone has a dog and many are inconsiderate dog owners they let their dogs bark all hours of the day and night and nothing is done about it. The scumbag owners is usually home but they let the dog bark and bark it's not the dogs fault it's the undisaplined who cares nothing for the neighbors

Hi everyone it's been a while nothing changes here for the good. I asked the property manager why every summer there is NO water in the pool, she said the kids are throwing rocks in the pool... WTF who put the rocks there? You did so take them out. This is the idiocies you have to deal with, instead of doing it correctly they put rocks instead of cement.

I see banners celebrating 45 years

They keep referring to this place as resort style which they should be sued over it's a disgusting lie unless of course you vacation in sh****le resorts with dirty pool water that you have to pay to use and stray dogs barking all hours of the day and night

Hi everyone it's been a while since posting I guess just tired of all the s**t here that doesn't get fixed. The situation is getting worse, parking is getting really bad people park on the sidewalk and half on the playground, the playground is a disaster the swings have been broken for months, the area around is all littered with sharp rocks that have not been cleared it's a joke, the worst is the dogs more people move in or get dogs with many being irresponsible owners I get woken at 2am 4am 6am with a neighbors dog that is left outside I don't understand the complete disregard for others. Its just a hellscape save your money and buy a property these developments are s**t!

Why people dont pay their dues? Poor quality all around. They are finally after almost 3 YEARS putting in a new playground they are putting a cement walkway around why I have no idea they are doing a s**tty job as always and In a short time will break, the Developer and engineers do s**t work and in the end the homeowner will gave to pay to have it done right, just a waste. I say 6 months to a year the cement is broken and they will never fix it. There should be no wonder why people refuse to pay for the money only to be wasted. That's why i dont pay.

Sad a a terrible president has been set with cars being allowed to park wherever they want, I'm glad we have property management to deal with this stuff..... Haha what a joke they do nothing

UNHAPPY 10 YEAR ANNIVERSARY CAMELLIA!!!

Wow 10 years , the condition of the place doesn't look a day older than 30 years.

Time flies it just seems like yesterday the water pipes were leaking, the walls cracking, roof leaking, septic tank over flowing, etc etc etc.

More people are moving in just in time to take advantage of the dilapidated amenities, dog p**p and cracked streets and drains, squatter style living I think is their motto.

The thought of how this place will look in ten years sends a frown across my face,

But not all bad I do have to commend then for being a very rare company that few can immitate, the fact that they have yet to complete the border wall is truly a feat most could not do, Vista land management did day it was on going. Maybe within the next 10 years.

The property management company does nothing it's time to get rid of them, this is what they allow, poor quality that one day the homeowners will have to pay for once the warranty runs out, make sure they do thinks right the FIRST time instead of wasting resources.

The video is the womans bathroom at the pool house which has been a disaster since they built it.

It seems Camellia business model is build the poorest quality possible then stick the cost to the homeowner to do it right.
