Condos are usually located in urban areas within walking distance to shopping malls, restaurants, and other areas of interest, which is convenient, especially if you work in the area. So commuting and traffic are not a problem.

Condos give you access to amenities you don't find in a regular home, such as a pool and gym.
🛠Shared Maintenance Cost
Maintenance is handled by Development owners and Cost is shared by members of the condo association making it cheaper and hassle-free.
Those things being said the only setback for condo owners would be the inability to expand or renovate their unit .

Most, if not all, of the subdivisions are located in the suburbs, creating a quiet and peaceful environment away from the stress of city life.

The main selling point of House and Lot is owning a Land which makes room for endless possibilities. Remodeling or expanding is a right an individual owner can enjoy.
The only downside to owning a home and land is that subdivisions tend to be far from urban areas and other areas of interest, resulting in longer commute times.
To sum things up, owning a house or condo has its advantages/disadvantages but either way you can never go wrong in investing in property as the value is always appreciating👍
