This is just 7 mins walk or a 2 mins ride to Fairview Terraces, SM Fairview and Robinsons. Unit located at 2nd floor and tower is just in front of swimming pool area and basketball court at the back (ongoing construction). Very peaceful & safe location.
Please read listing description and house rules to make sure we are good fit on your stay before booking.

THE SPACE:
This is a fully air-conditioned studio unit and has double sized bed, best fit for 2 guests.
If booking for 4 guests, 2 single floor mattress will be provided. (Note: please inform your host before booking to make sure additional bed/s are currently available in the unit.)
It has SMART TV with YouTube and Netflix ready. Wi-Fi/LAN with 20 Mbps Fiber internet connection and ergonomic office computer table that's very useful if you are working remotely.
Check-in time: 2:00 PM onwards
Checkout time: On or before 11:00 AM
Basic cooking is allowed and dining utensils are provided. Microwave, oven, induction cooker, one pan, rice cooker, electric water kettle and refrigerator.
String lights, wardrobe, first aid kit, clean toilet room with shower heater and bidet.
We provide starter toiletries such as towels, soap, shampoo, toothpaste, and tissue.
We also have mini bar in the unit where you can purchase some snacks, soft drinks, beers, coffee, face masks, mineral water, rice, noodles, etc. (Subject for availability)
Please treat it as your personal home and to maintain our low pricing, please conserve electricity, water and maintain the cleanliness.

BOOKING REQUIREMENTS:
Each guest must provide the following to the host for submission to the condominium admin office:
1. Valid government-issued ID (local guests) or passport (foreigners).
2. Fill-out and sign Guest Authorization Form (GAF).
3. Fill-out and sign Travel and Health Declaration Form.
4. For minors (not accompanied by parent or adult relative), provide written consent letter from their parents affixed with signature and ID.
Host can help arrange your forms; just provide your signature copy/photo in white plain paper.

IMPORTANT NOTICE:
In accordance to condominium policy, all requirements must be submitted AT LEAST 1 DAY PRIOR TO CHECK-IN for admin approval and processing.
See below cutoff:
> For Sunday & Monday check-in: requirements cutoff until SATURDAY 10AM.
> For Tuesday to Saturday check-in: requirements cutoff A DAY before your check-in until 4PM.
> For Holidays check-in: requirements cutoff A DAY before your check-in until 4PM (business days).
> Same day booking and check-in is only allowed for DAY STAY and not for overnight stay. Kindly check with your host for more details.

SWIMMING POOL:
> Pool Fee: P150 for regular days and P300 for holidays.
> Pool Hours: 6AM-10PM for adult and 6AM to 6PM for children (below 12y/o)
> Lap pool is closed every Monday. Kiddie pool and adult pool is closed every Tuesday for maintenance/cleaning.
> Notify your host BEFORE booking if you will use pool so host can also arrange authorization letter to admin office for you to be able to buy your pool coupon.
> Guest should buy and arrange their own pool coupon directly to the cashier office.
> Office hours 9AM-12NN and 1PM-6PM during weekdays. 9AM-12NN only on Saturday. Closed on Sunday and Holidays. Cashier office located at Tower 1 ground floor.
> Please make sure to be there ahead of time to make sure they can accommodate you since they have cut off especially every Saturday or if it’s a Holiday next day.
> Pool coupons would need to be arranged/purchased in advance if you will need them on Sunday or Holidays since cashier office is closed.
> Only first two (2) registered guests are allowed to use the pool. Guests can only use the pool during their stay or upon check-in but NOT on the checkout day since slot is entitled to the next guest.
> Social distancing and Covid19 protocols shall continue to be observed.
> Proper swimming attire is required.
> Please read pool rules and regulations located at the pool area for your compliance.

PARKING:
> Parking Fee: Php50 for 6:00am to 1:30am; Php150 for 1:30am to 6:00am. To cover 1 night stay, you will need 2 x P50 and 1 x P150.
> Notify your host before booking if you will use parking.
> Guest should pay and arrange their own parking coupon directly to the cashier office.
> Office hours 9AM-12NN and 1PM-6PM during weekdays. 9AM-12NN only on Saturday. Closed on Sunday and Holidays. Cashier office located at Tower 1 ground floor.
> Please make sure to be there ahead of time to make sure they can accommodate you since they have cut off especially every Saturday or if it’s a Holiday next day.
> Pool coupons would need to be arranged/purchased in advance if you will need them on Sunday or Holidays since cashier office is closed.
> Parking slots are limited and first come, first served basis. If slots are full, guest would need to wait for a slot to become available.
> Another option: Parking outside condo. This is not administered by condo but located just beside the condo main gate/entrance. You can pay upon parking entry and no need to buy ahead of time.

IMPORTANT REMINDERS (Pool & Parking):
> Guest should be the one to buy and arrange their own pool and parking coupon to the cashier office as its outside of host control and coverage already. If you need host assistance, please make sure to CHECK WITH HOST FIRST BEFORE BOOKING if they will be able to arrange it for you or not ahead of time and it has service fee of Php40 per pool and/or parking coupon.
> Notify your host BEFORE booking if you will use Swimming Pool so host can also arrange authorization letter to admin office for you to be able to buy your pool coupon.
