Please be informed that the basketball court will be temporarily closed starting Friday May 29, 2026, from 8 AM, to allow the preparation and setup for our upcoming Community Fiesta event on May 30, 2026.

In addition, the PMO will operate until 12 NN on Saturday, May 30, 2026, as the team will also be assisting in the event preparation.

For payments, you may directly deposit to our official condominium bank accounts during this period.

For emergencies or urgent concerns, you may contact the Security Office at 0962-768-8935 or 8332-6698.

Regular PMO operations will resume on Monday, June 1, 2026.

Please be informed that the Property Management Office will operate on a skeletal schedule on May 27, 2026, Wednesday, Eid’l Adha (Feast of Sacrifice)

Office hours will remain the same, from 8AM to 5PM.

On this day, only the following personnel will be on duty:

•1 Property Engineer/1 Community Development Associate

Regular operations will resume on Thursday, May 28, 2026.

Please be informed that there will be a scheduled water interruption tomorrow May 20, 2026 (Wednesday), from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM (3 hours) due to replacement of check valve of the booster pump 1, to be conducted by Panpisco Tech.

Our team will be working on the repair to restore normal water service at all Buildings as soon as possible.

In case additional water supply is needed, please call the attention of a site keeper or the designated security guard for assistance.

We would like to inform you that there’s a pest control activity for the common areas scheduled on May 22, 2026, (Friday) from 9AM to 6PM.

The pest control measures include:

General Pest Control (cockroaches, ants, flies & mosquitoes) via safe spray and safe mist applications

If you wish to schedule pest treatment for your unit, please contact the PMO so we can coordinate with the pest control team.

Additionally, please note that the PMO office hours will be adjusted to 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM on this date due to the pest control treatment.
