We would like to inform you that the Preventive Maintenance Service (PMS) of the iCPS (Booster) Pump has been scheduled as follows:

Activity: Preventive Maintenance of the iCPS (Booster) Pump
Date: July 20, 2026 (Monday)
Expected Water Interruption: 10:00 AM – 12:00 NN

During the maintenance activity, there will be a temporary interruption of the water supply. We encourage all residents to store enough water in advance to minimize inconvenience.

Please be advised that our Site Keepers will be conducting the cleaning of the building fire exits starting July 06, 2026 (Monday) as part of our regular housekeeping program.

During the cleaning activity, the stairways and landing areas may become wet and slippery, making them temporarily unsafe for use.

In addition, the PMO will operate until 12 NN on Saturday, May 30, 2026, as the team will also be assisting in the event preparation.
