Avida Land Corp. said it has already generated ₱900 million in sales from its Quezon City residential project, The Heights Katipunan, with total sales projected to reach ₱6 billion from the 33-storey development.
The project will offer 758 units on a 1,833-square-meter property, with studio, one-, and two-bedroom layouts ranging from 21 to 68 sq.m., priced from ₱6.7 million per unit. Development cost is estimated at ₱3.1 billion, with completion scheduled for September 2030.
Early sales point to how demand along the Katipunan corridor is holding firm even as prices continue to rise. With relatively few new condominium launches in the area, units tend to move quickly, especially those near schools and transport links.
That dynamic increasingly favors buyers who can commit early, while many young professionals and families are left weighing affordability against long-term location value. Amenities, security features, and climate-adaptive design may add appeal, but pricing remains the main pressure point shaping decisions.
