The basketball court is free to use for our guests except if there are reserved hours. Kids playground is open at your leisure.
There are work and study areas at the lobby and even at the roofdeck with socket plugs.
There is also an outdoor grill area and gazebo

A complimentary guest vanity kit are provided for your comfortable and convenient stay.
We have enough supply of instant coffee for your own consumption inside our unit only.
Yes, fresh and sanitized linens are guaranteed for your safe stay.
Parking is on a first come, first served basis.
(Php50 - 1st 3hrs [6:00am-9:59pm], Php20 - succeeding hrs, overnight parking - Php250 [10:01pm-5:59am])
But, subject to availability, we can internally arrange your parking needs.
Late Check-Out: Php500/hour from 12nn onwards but subject to availability
Lost Key: A penalty of Php1000
Security deposit P1,000 (refundable upon checkout)
Additional P500 for cleaning fee
