2) ACCESSIBILITY TO PUBLIC TRANSPORT
Construction of transport systems near real estate developments is a good indicator of high potential for capital appreciation in the area. The Sapphire Bloc is set to be a transport-oriented development in Ortigas with the two major Build, Build, Build projects in place:
METRO MANILA SUBWAY.
