Pero kung prepared ang income mo
at may malinaw kang plano,
mahalaga ito.

Here are 3 reasons.

Una, may patutunguhan ang monthly mo.
Kung magbabayad ka rin lang buwan-buwan,
mas okay yung may ownership direction.

Sa rent-to-own,
hindi lang siya bayad para makatira.
May chance kang maging full owner
kapag natapos ang term.

That changes mindset.
Hindi ka lang tenant.
You are transitioning.

Pangalawa, mas mababa ang initial requirement kumpara sa full loan.
Sa ibang setup,
mas maliit ang downpayment
kaysa traditional bank loan.

For buyers na may stable income
