How to manifest ?
1. Define What You Want with Crystal Clear Clarity:
- Be very specific about what you want. If you're not specific, the frequency you send out to the universe won’t be clear enough to manifest your desired reality.
2. Enter a Meditative, Relaxed State:
- Lay down on a bed or chair and allow yourself to become completely relaxed. You don’t need to sit in a full lotus position; just make sure you are comfortable and relaxed.
3. Visualize in First Person:
- Visualize yourself in the desired reality, seeing it through your own eyes, not as an observer. Experience the reality as if you are living it now.
4. Create a Short, Emotional Scene:
- Visualize a short scene (less than 10 seconds) where a loved one congratulates you on manifesting your desire. See their face, hear their voice, and feel their touch (e.g., high five, hug). Loop this scene repeatedly.
5. Feel the Emotions:
- Allow yourself to feel all the positive emotions associated with your desired reality, such as security, accomplishment, peace, joy, excitement, and love. Immerse yourself in these emotions until you start feeling a bit tired or losing energy.
6. Return to Reality:
- Open your eyes, knowing you are now in the desired reality until you break the thought.
7. Inject Desired Thoughts and Emotions Throughout the Day:
- Throughout your day, continuously inject thoughts and emotions that align with your desired reality. Act and feel as if you are already living that reality.
