Please be informed that the Roof Gutter Repair Works for all buildings in Hacienda Balai will resume starting August 10, 2026.

🔧 Schedule: Every Tuesday, Thursday & Saturday
🌦️ Works will proceed depending on weather conditions. In case of rain or unsafe weather, the schedule may be adjusted.

⏳ Please note: There is currently no fixed completion date, as the duration will depend on weather conditions and the progress of the repair works.

We kindly ask for your patience, understanding, and cooperation throughout the repair period.

The HBQCCC 2026 Cluster Representatives’ Election will be held on August 24, 2026.

To qualify as a voter and candidate, registered unit owners must:
✅ Be updated with condominium dues, water account, and other assessments as of June 2026 (payment deadline: July 30, 2026)
✅ Have no record of violations as of July 2026
