The CREBA Luzon Regional Housing Conference 2026, held on September 11 at the Kingsborough International Convention Center (KICC) in San Fernando, Pampanga, brought together leaders from government, housing, and the real estate industry for an important conversation on the future of Luzon’s communities.

With the theme “Beyond Growth: Creating Sustainable Communities for the Next Generation,” the conference emphasized that development must go beyond numbers and investments—it must create resilient, inclusive, sustainable, and livable communities for generations to come.

The gathering was graced by Governor Lilia "Nanay" Pineda, who highlighted Pampanga’s flagship programs and ongoing partnership with the national government in advancing infrastructure, investments, housing, and economic development. She also shared the province’s plans to gradually address its flooding challenges, strengthening Pampanga’s resilience and its readiness for future investments and development.

Keynote speaker Former President and Pampanga 2nd District Representative Gloria Macapagal Arroyo challenged the industry to look beyond GDP and housing production and ask a more important question: "Who benefits from growth, and what kind of country are we building?"

The conference also featured insightful discussions on the Luzon real estate outlook, RPVARA, future-proofing housing, ease of doing business, climate-resilient communities, and sustainable development, bringing together distinguished leaders and experts from both the public and private sectors.

For CREBA Luzon, “Beyond Growth” is more than a theme—it is a commitment to build better, build responsibly, and build with the next generation in mind.
