We would like to kindly remind everyone that we strictly follow the condominium's policies and regulations. As your host, we respectfully ask for your honesty and cooperation by declaring the exact number of guests who will be staying and by not allowing unauthorized visitors or additional guests to enter the unit without informing us first.
These rules are not meant to make your stay difficult—they are in place to ensure everyone's safety, security, and comfort, as well as to comply with the unit's approved sleeping capacity. We sincerely hope for your understanding if we are unable to accommodate requests that exceed the allowed number of guests.
Please understand that any violation of the condominium's policies may result in penalties imposed on the host, and these penalties are often much higher than any additional guest fees. We truly appreciate your cooperation in helping us protect the unit and continue providing quality accommodations for all our guests.
We also kindly ask that our rates not be compared with those of other staycation units. Every host offers different amenities, services, and standards of cleanliness. While you may come across unusually low rates, we encourage everyone to be cautious. Extremely cheap listings may sometimes be scams or may not provide the level of cleanliness, comfort, safety, and service that you deserve.
