Manhattan Heights, the third phase will feature an additional four towers. The first two phases of Manhattan Garden City have a total of six towers – all 2,200 units of which have been fully subscribed by investors and aspiring homeowners.
The four towers of Manhattan Heights will add more than 1,600 units to Manhattan Garden City. The first tower will have 406 residential units; all feature balconies.
