Please be informed that the Property Management Office will be closed on Friday, June 12, 2026, in observation of Independence Day.

Rest assured that Site keepers, Maintenance, and Security Personnel’s schedule and operations will remain the same.

As usual, no unit improvement and delivery of construction materials shall be allowed during Holidays and Sundays.

PMO will resume operations on Saturday, June 13, 2026.

Please be advised that there will be a temporary Water Interruption from June 10, 2026, 11pm to June 11, 2026, 3pm. This is due to the preventive maintenance and system improvement works at the La Mesa Pumping Stations.

In line with this, we ask everyone to store water that you may need during the said scheduled water interruption and please close all water outlets inside your unit to prevent flooding upon resumption of water supply.
