🕗 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Please keep your windows and balcony doors closed, avoid placing items or hanging laundry on balconies/window ledges, and exercise caution around maintenance work areas.

💧 Rich Water Station Advisory

Effective July 25, 2026, Rich Water Station delivery personnel will no longer be allowed inside the community. Residents who wish to continue ordering are requested to coordinate through the guardhouse and follow the established delivery procedures.

Rest assured that Site keepers, Maintenance, and Security Personnel’s schedule and operations will remain the same.
