That is, we seek to create spaces, buildings, commercial or residential, that help feed our psychological as well as physical needs as people. While we understand that people eat and try different cuisines, buy things, go about their daily chores, and use spaces in buildings to mingle and socialize, there is a deeper need that is usually not met, or at least, kept out of the design discussion. We believe in bringing these needs to the limelight this 2016 onwards. We think it has to start from the design of the building, it must be beautiful and charming, as our surroundings affect of mood. More than just fun, we seek to create an atmosphere of leisure where the environment can be ripe for new ideas to flourish. And where quiet learning must take place, we seek to create places to read, reflect on the day, and recharge. Finally, we put great emphasis on our nature as social beings. To this effect, our spaces must be conducive to collaboration and interaction among people. These we hope to achieve in our current and upcoming developments in Tomas Morato, Maginhawa and Kapitolyo.
