2017: "Ay lupa pa lang, wala pang bahay. Saka na po ako bibili pag may mga model house na."

2018: "Saka na po ako bibili pag may Ready For Occupancy na."

2019: "Almost sold out na pala. Mag-aabang na lang po ako ng reopened units."

2020: "Wala na po ba kayo nung tig 500k to 1M? Mahal na po kasi yong presyo ngayon tapos di na po pasok ang sahod ko."

Marami ang tumataas hindi lang ang presyo pati ang edad mo.
