Please be informed that there will be a scheduled water interruption starting at 8:00 p.m. today, August 26, 2026, until 6:00 a.m. on August 27, 2026, due to facility repair activity at La Mesa Pumping Station

We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and encourage everyone to store enough water to meet their needs until the normal water supply is restored.

Please note that management did not receive any prior notification from Maynilad regarding this repair.

Please be informed that waterproofing repair work will take place tomorrow in Building 9.

This repair requires concrete drilling, which will generate loud noise. Due to the proximity of the structures, residents in both Building 8 and Building 9 will hear the noise during work hours.

WORK DETAILS:

• Date: August 26, 2026
• Location: Building 9 (Noise will affect Building 8 )
• Work Hours: 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM
